My name is Lesly Angulo & I am the owner of La Bella's Shop. My passion for cooking & baking began as a child. I have always admired my grandmother & mother's Colombian dishes, especially their desserts, they are to die for!

I began baking at home with my children, where my creativity started to expand as I used it to bake their birthday cakes as well as making desserts & treats for the family during the holidays. After several years of baking from home, my children became my inspiration to start my business. Who would have thought what started as a way to save money on birthday cakes would blossom into a thriving venture!

Ever since I started La Bella's Shop in 2021, I have participated in 3 baking competitions. In 2023 for the Bakers Guild Awards, I was one of their top 6 nominees for Best Home Baker of The Year and this year for the 2024 Bakers Guild Awards, I was given the award for the "Best Home Baker of The Year." What a blessing and beautiful accomplishment!
